During your Deep Diver course, you'll learn how to plan deep dives, manage your gas supply and how to identify and manage narcosis. Through a mixture of academic sessions and open water dives, you will learn to plan and safely complete a deep dive and use computers and gas consumption calculations to get the most from your deep dives.

Course Information

During four dives with a PADI Instructor, you'll practice descents, buoyancy and safety stops. Through hands-on exercises, you'll discover how deep dives affect color, physical objects and your brain.

• Prerequisites: PADI Adventure Diver (or qualifying certification)
• Total time commitment: 2-3 days (dives must be completed over a minimum of two days)
• Minimum age: 15 years or older
